Who Am I?
I’m Elsa, an Intuitive Online Business Manager, Strategist, Operations Manager, Integrator, Coach, Motivator, Veteran and most importantly, Mom. I enjoy helping you take your business to the next level. I have over 15 years of HR, personnel, operations and project management experience.
I started working as a Virtual Assistant for extra money on the side and eventually turned my side gig into a business. I transitioned to an Online Business Manager and eventually formed my VA & OBM agency. Now I, along with my team, help creative entrepreneurs and small business owners continue to build a dream business that supports their dream life.

Being a entrepreneur means spending a lot of time on your business, but not always spending a lot of time doing what you love to do.
I became an OBM and started Whaley Virtual Solutions because I want to help creative entrepreneurs and small business owners do what they are passionate about while maintaining a work-life balance.
